At Subspce, we understand how critical it is for us to be transparent with what data we collect and how we utilize it to run our Service. In this Privacy Policy, we will be going in-depth into what data we collect, how it is used specifically, where it is stored, and all the actions user’s can take to collect, use, and access the information we store. Moving forward, the term “you” or “User” refers to anyone using the Service. The term “we” or “our” refers to Subspce.
The information collected by Subspce is limited to the following.
In Subspce, users are allowed to create their own subspaces (saved chrome window and tab configurations). Through this functionality, we store the different subspaces users create, along with the information within each of them, namely the windows and tabs the users designate for each subspace.
Subspce integrates with Google Calendar to allow users to attach a subspace to their Google Calendar events. From this, we need to collect the information regarding a user’s event in Google Calendar and convert it into an event within Subspce. As a result, we store the date and time of a user’s Google Calendar event if a user attaches a subspace to it.
The information that is not collected includes by Subspce includes following.
Subspce does not store any data from Google Calendar events outside of the date and time, which is required for the Service to function.
Subspce does not collect any personal information, such as name, address, phone number or email addresses.
This permission is required to allow Subspace.app to save the current tabs and windows the user has open as a subspace. To be specific, we read the browser history to grab the website URLs and tab titles to save within a subspace. Outside of this, we do not ask for the permission to, nor have any desire to, view the contents of the websites the user visits, nor any information that is filled in within those tabs by the user.
Subspce is for a general audience and does not specifically target minors. Subspce does not collect or store any personal information from its users.
Any changes to the Privacy Policy that affect how we collect, use, store or allow access to data will be clearly outlined in the Privacy Policy. The data of the last modification of our Privacy Policy will always be at the top of the page. In the event of any changes, there will be a clear notification of such on Subspce’s interface, and sent through to user’s who opted in to email communications.
